Refund Policy

We strive to provide the highest quality care and transparent billing practices. Please review our refund policy regarding services rendered:


Medical Services

Fees for medical consultations, procedures, and diagnostic services are for the time, expertise, and resources provided during your visit. As such:

  • Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been rendered, regardless of the outcome or patient satisfaction.
  • If you believe you were billed in error or have a concern about a charge, please contact us within 30 days of the statement date. We will review your account and issue adjustments or refunds as appropriate.

Overpayments

If an overpayment is identified—whether by patient or insurance—your account will be reviewed. Options include:

  • Applying the overpayment to a future balance
  • Issuing a refund to the original payment method, typically processed within 10–15 business days

Canceled Appointments

If a prepaid appointment is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy (i.e., with at least 24 business hours’ notice), a full refund will be issued or credit applied to a future visit. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Insurance and Third-Party Billing

Refunds for payments made by insurance will be handled according to the insurer’s policies. Patients are responsible for understanding their coverage and benefits.
