Rates
Fees
$575/hr
Record review, consultation, and report writing.
$750/hr
Deposition (2-hour minimum, prepaid).
$925/hr
Trial testimony (half- or full-day reserved).
$3,000 retainer credited to time billed. Full terms are in the fee schedule. Medicolegal engagements do not create a physician-patient relationship.
